Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ace345 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Attempting to deposit using another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account is a breach of these Terms and will result in the deposit being returned and the account flagged for review. ace345 accepts deposits only from players who have completed the registration process. Deposits made prior to full registration cannot be credited.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are processed during ace345 business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed on the next available business day. Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless you have submitted a formal payment method change request and it has been approved by our verification team.
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your mobile banking provider or bank in relation to a genuine ace345 deposit is a breach of these Terms. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds — and any winnings generated from those bonus funds — are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place cumulative qualifying bets of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Uncompleted wagering at the expiry of the promotion period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
- Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotion page.
- Minimum bet sizes during wagering may apply. Placing bets above the stated maximum bonus bet amount (where applicable) may result in winnings generated from those bets being voided.

Bonus Abuse

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
ace345 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detection or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close the player account.
- Void any bets placed, bonuses claimed, or winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct.
- Withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.
- Report the matter to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content published on ace345 — including but not limited to the ace345 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, photography, game thumbnails, promotional artwork, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace345 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of ace345 to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace345 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace345 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination
Either party may terminate the player–platform relationship at any time. The process and consequences of termination differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the player or by ace345.
Player-Initiated Closure

Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; you would need to register a new account subject to eligibility requirements at that time.
Self-Exclusion

Changes to the Platform and Service Availability
